Deliverytime & shipping

• Besides the general ‘terms and conditions’ the following is applicable:
• Shipments will be done with UPS or DHL unless otherwise agreed between Dutch Whisky Connection and de customer.
• The shipment will normally been taken care of within three working days after payment has been received.
• The parcel should be at the provided shipping address within 4 days after sending.
• Tack and trace code will be provided by Dutch whisky Connection to the customer
• The risk during international transport is for the customer from the moment the parcel is handed over to the shipment company (for complete text see terms and conditions)
• The customer is responsible voor all local taxes and duties in the country to which the parcel will be send to on request of the buyer. (for complete text see ‘terms and conditions’)
• The costs as shown in the formular when buying will be applicable
• Changes in shipping costs can be possible during a certain period due to changes in costs by UPS or DHL such as for example additional cost for fuel surcharge.
